It's for that view we share, that I become suspect of the company and some posters.  My fear is that the company will be taken private for cheap, and we get screwed.  

I don't mean to be flagrant, I would just rather say something and receive a response then be left in the dark.. I also had a email exchange with Tom yesterday where he took the time to respond to me 4 or 5 times which I felt good about.  

Based on what Tom said to me, we should have news this evening or tomorrow morning regarding the closing of the financing.  I was trying to point out that if we could have had that news out this morning it would be received better,  but it was obvsioly too late for that.  Hopefully he took what I said to heart going foreword!
