On the etymology of bread and circuses, from a high level its been easy recently to be distracted by a whole host of short-term financial admin "stuff". All the focus on the ATM, recent financing (US and Canadian + extension), TM's career status, level of insider participation, burn rate, next source of funding etc. I almost forgot we're a technology company supposedly with ground-breaking products to sell. What is going on? Explain or reveal the supposed underlying target this financing was supposed to catalyze for us.
Please not another carbon-copy of management's typical style: a week goes by, a month goes by, we slowly start to forget or lose expectations of clarity, the "next thing" to worry about pops up with more giant question marks that never get addressed, new dates get estimated, further dilution isn't really that bad due to our potential, just wait, stock sellers *here* will be sorry.
My goodness Poet, please just actually sell something.
