Sorry B&C, institutions have up to Feb.15th (i.e 45 days after the end of each quarter) to file their updated positions, and the Nasdaq reporting is reflecting those updated filings.  The information on the Nasdaq site is absolutely reflecting the official filings and can be considered the system of record.
