Baba I tend to agree with you on that but I offer my thoughts as follows:
1. A bidder has no real and or tangible data to calculate a bid that shareholders would reasonably consider;
2. Shareholders have a valuation in their head (me included) that likely would far exceed any bid at this time;
3. As a result, I would not anticipate any bid until such time as Poet can demonstrate economic viability (revenue!!!!) and even at that point will it be sufficient for shareholders to accept.
