Just some random thoughts:
If I were a customer of POET, I'd start accumulating shares so I pay myself back purchasing the technology.
Also, because the tech is revolutionary, I’d try to keep things on a downlow until I depleted inventory on the old technology.
I’d actually start using the tech to sell at the lower end, upgrading existing systems where it can easily expand to higher rates, looking for future updates rather than just jumping up to the higher rates right away.
I think some companies may not want to retool for the slower rates, but they are missing revenues, and may go the way of kodak when the competition is selling the new tech with an easy upgrade path.
