I am not sure that people followed the point I was trying to make. In my industry key people with in-depth knowledge of contracts, price structure and resources were made very generous offers from competing companies. Name your price and choice of positions. I can only imagine what key employees at POET would be offered to share their know how. Companies with deep pockets especially those who can't compete with POET as the tech matures would offer the world rather than be left behind. There is no way that POET can compete with that. This move will help but it certainly is a bitter pill for us shareholders who are deeply underwater to swallow.

I am trying to rationalize this move like everyone else here.
