Poet has become far more than an investment for me, and I believe for many long term holders. It's become an examination of character and a test of analytic ability based on past investment acumen. And for some of the younger Agoracomers, the Poet experience will serve to educate for the future.
Poet has become a source of profound curiosity. Will I make some money, will I break even, but more basically, will Poet succeed? And if Poet succeeds and as investors, we don't do all that well, will that inform future investment decisions. For me, Poet is the last roundup, so learning is not important, but finding out if it has all been worth it (measured in more than dollars and cents), is paramount. For example, in general, the Agoracom experience has been very worth while.
Many here invested with "get rich quick" thinking. And for the many who have stuck it out, has that thesis ever been twisted!
I remain a very curious and interested investor in Poet.
