Most of the debenture warrants expired without being exercised. I am pretty sure I asked if they would consider repricing but the answer was a hard no.  Other warrants have been repriced in the past to keep large shareholders who have supported POET continuing to finance. I don't really think that they will be relying on that historical base of larger investors in the future. I am hoping that future investors will be institutions that see the value of the POET platform with a growing customer base.  

It is about time for that to happen.
