The only way this company is going private is via a buyout scenario, I personally do not see Suresh losing control of the company and it going under. At the end of the day shareholders own the company and no way he lets go of almost 9 years efforts, especially not on the verge of market penetration.
Perception is everything, and I believe for whatever reason the management team want this company to look vulnerable. IMO
