The SHINE 4th Technical Workshop, held on 25th and 26th March 2024, at the NUS University-Hall Auditorium, showcased groundbreaking advancements in semiconductor technologies, defense electronics, photonics, and device integration, representing the epitome of innovation and collaboration in the industry.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Philip Wong of
Stanford University, Prof. Takao Someya of the University of Tokyo, and
esteemed scientists from research institution and companies such as Dr.
Vincent Leong of DSO National Laboratories, Dr. Suresh Venkatesan of POET
Technologies, and Dr. Guillaume Besnard of SOITEC, for their invaluable
insights and knowledge sharing for the invited talk session.

Our thanks also go to the co-investigators, researchers from the
respective SHINE research thrusts, and industry partners like AMD, POET, and
SOITEC for presenting their research works and poster exhibitions at the event.
