In the same vein, I take comfort that Theresa Lan Ende, external Director from Arista Networks, remains on the board.  I think if she, or  more importantly, her employer, had concerns about Poet, they would not take the reputational risk of remaining.

My thought, unsubstantiated, is these are the deep pockets backstopping the share price. The knowledge of which that made it possible for Suresh and others to invest substantial amounts in the latest financing round.
