Some thoughts:

I think we have to be careful re negative comments. People who are criticized publicly tend to be more secretive and even less transparent.

2. We must remember that Suresh took over a company that was going no where with the gallium arsenide idea and had transformed it into a product producing firm.

3. A Pat on the back would go much further in advancing our cause than to take out the long knives.

4. When Mazann stated that the money issue would be resolved the stock jumped .42 cents. Three weeks later we are all in dispair.

5. Our support will get us much further ahead in product production than our criticism.
