FJ: Sincerely hope that you are right that this may just be a back-up plan in case  other potential financing plans  do not come together.

Our cash reserves must be getting thin by now, and longstanding shareholders' nerves are pretty frayed already with the uncertainty and demolition of  the share price. 

We all seriously need some dramatically good news to jump-start this stalled vehicle, without further delay.

This situation with Poet is like driving a technically perfect EV car, on a long journey, that has a dead battery en route and finds there are no charging stations (read here financings) anywhere nearby to be able to continue the journey.
