Back in the day, it was suggested on this same forum to try electing one of the respected and balanced posters, to the Board of Directors. To have a voice of the shareholders at the table.

At that time, apparently it was too late before the AGM to add such a petition to the AGM documents. If I properly recall, FJ was involved in this too.
