Steinman: totally agree with your summary of things in general, the lack of a new financing being a great cause of concern as the money barrel must be getting quite empty by now.

Also share your thoughts that, with the very recent, surprise, US ATM offering being renewed, and  Management/employee et al.options being repriced ,it seems to indicate any anticipated or awaited financing, that almost certainly would have strongly boosted the share price, may have fallen through.

Also it may  imply that they were not expecting any dramatic commercial news with sales and contracts for actual products that would have lifted the share price back to at least the CAD$5.00 back in August. History shows Poet's technical news does not move the share price., despite what current Senior Management appear to believe, as understand they are surprised when they put out news of a new technical development it does nothing for the share price.

It is also possible that Poeteer and Mazann ( I assume both under NDA's) were given optimistic reports on future financing, which have just not come to fruition for any number of reasons. They also may have decided to buy more stock in latest low offering based on anticipated, but not guaranteed, additional financing.

Why have we not been updated as to what is going on in all areas of the business ?

Why no report of the results of the OFC meeting ?

Why no report on progress in China with Sanan ? etc etc
