Suresh stated that they are now in licensing discussions that have been generated from 800G and 1.6T presented at OFC. He says that he could count the number of companies at OFC that presented a 1.6T (pluggable) module on one hand And as production at SPX ramps in the near term they plan to sell equity in the JV. 

He says if I recall correctly they expect to be able to make announcements on these (licensing) in the next 3 months (if I heard correctly).
