As some other poster mentioned/hoped for previously - that mgmt exercises warrants incrementally during these big gains. 

I'm hoping that's the case when I see huge gains in stock price and then see them quickly erased/largely decrease. I can imagine to try and coordinate the perfect time to exercise would be challenging as to not interrupt the sp appreciation but perhaps that could be what we are seeing here. If so, it's still good stuff in my books!
