What they must do and what they could do can be quite different...if they have heavily tapped the ATM....why not issue a press release to set the financing issues to REST...

Imagine if the could say they were now funded for the next year...or two..

Do you not think that would push up the price and continue rally...I believe so..and I would buy more..

Financing is still at the top of a lot of minds..
