below $5 are considered by Wall Street to be penny stocks. Stocks that trade below $5 are
considered so risky that institutional investors aren't allowed to buy and can even be required to sell
securities that fall below the $5 mark.

On the bright side, institutional investors account for about 80% of the S&P 500 total market
capitalization so we have much to look forward to. Buying for endowment funds, commercial banks,
mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, and insurance companies will bring a huge rising tide of
money and the only way for us to make the bank that we are expecting is for them to join in.
