Yes the speaker did point out the delays in product rollout and revenues.

Part of those delays were due to design iterations and customer related.

However, the most significant reason was the terrible supply chain disruption caused by the Covid pandemic.

Those supply chain challenges caused at least 2 years of development delays. That is now essentially behind us, but it was extremely painful for POET at the time.

The speaker clearly has not talked directly to POET management regarding reasons for the delays.
