All good points Baba, what is stopping these guys from dumping their shares immediately and taking their spoils tomorrow?  Just being the pessimist view here, without a hold period these guys can dump tomorrow make a cool million and walk away.  What's to hold these guys in check?  The only thing I can see is if there was impending news or a contract being waved around.
