With the recent sudden huge up trend of PTK’s stock price and the all-time daily/weekly high volumes registering on the Nasdaq along with the two separate monetary placements announced today at different times for $20 M in total and also possibly additional shares sold under the ATM (yet to be determined) makes one wonder just what is going on behind the scenes.

Obviously, the most rational reason would appear to be that our little Poet maybe lining up some substantial orders for their proprietary modules/optical engines, now that they have proven out the 200G per/lane technology and a clear unabated path to achieve 3.2 tb.

I do believe this may very well be the case and the future, indeed looks very bright for our little gem of a company.

But….. with me always thinking out of the box, could it be the aforementioned reason along with substantial additional maneuvers at play behind the scenes?

Why, would all these substantial funding measures happen this quick on the very same day (today) and followed up by ultra-fast closing dates, ie. May 3rd and the 10th respectively.  ??????

Could it be that Poet may have been tipped off or made aware that some possible large outside entity maybe contemplating moving forward and tabling/submitting a hostile take-over bid in the very near future, now that Poet has proven their wares. ???????.

If so, it would definitely make sense that Poet would act as quickly as possible to ensure that;  if such a hostile take-out bid may come to fruition, that the company has enough total shares owned and in the hands of friendly allies, to ensure that the company does not get taken out for a song, now that the company is ready for explosive growth.

Something to definitely think about, either way, I believe that Poet is now finally ready for prime time.

Buckle up Folks, the Poet ship is on the runway and preparing for blast-off. This will be a “Moon Shot” not your average conventional aircraft flight.

A very long wait, but it will be well worth it in the end, I truly believe.
