A retracement was almost a certainty. The questions were when and how big. When has been answered. How big is not yet determined. And of course it stings. 

Could be some selling by the first placement group. Also, Super Micro has been hit hard. Margin calls there could have an effect for those Super Micro shareholders that put a little money in Poet.
