Has anyone here attempted to get in the LIFE financing, and if so, has anyone gotten back to you?

I contacted Kevin Barnes to see if I could get in, and he did respond, but said he would get back to me once full clearance was given on the next steps. I haven't heard from him again regarding these next steps. Considering it closes tomorrow, I'm guessing I won't hear, which I think gives credence to the idea that the company already had buyers in mind for that offering.
