I think it's clear management have orchestrated this whole situation.  

Firstly, they put the acceleration clause in at $2.16.  Then, the sp rises to well above that threshold.  3 institutions buy a PP for $20m thereafter.  It cannot be coincidence can it?  Surely the price was deliberately raised by said institutes? 

Yes we had a great video on YouTube, but that would surely be a short lived boost?  The volume suggests to me that other forces were at play.  If this is the case then something would have to convince the institutes to do this, instead of buying the pp at $1.40, the price before all this kicked off.

My Wild delusions perhaps.  Sticking my neck on the block here.  But good times are here and here to stay I believe.
