This has not yet been approved by what must be a unanimous approval by all shareholders who own those warrants.

If just one shareholder says no to the ammendment terms, it cannot proceed.

I think it is unlikely the company will get 100% acceptance by shareholders.

We will find out soon enough.

The great news is the company does not need the money now, because of the 2 x $10M CND placements, although the 2nd one has yet to be confirmed .... likely this Friday.
