It's old news, but I just realized that Marc Lustig was the investor in the C$15 million Private Placement on February 11, 2021. [link]

"Founder and former chairman of Origin House, Marc Lustig was the lead participant in the placement."

In April, there was another private placement of $10 million, taken by an unknown Canadian investor. Just before that, Marc Lustig received more than $1 million in consulting fees. It's hard to think it's not all connected. [link]

"...today announced the closing of its previously announced offering (the 'Offering') which was taken up entirely by a single institutional investor for CAD$10 million."

The question is, why doesn’t the investing firm want to be known, and why did we have to pay Marc Lustig that much money for this transaction?
