I don't think they can hide NRE, Kath. I suspect they are doing it for free for lots of potential customers.  I'm gonna go out on a limb and say management is in a better position to decide how to handle pricing their services than are we. 

As far as the share price, my guess is it has more to do with the realization by lots of new investors as to the increase in shares outstanding plus warrant and option positions. The market cap is up more dramatically than the share price.
