Big announcement about significant financing deal.

Big announcement about deal with Foxconn.

Even if mgmt is trying to maximize the value of their contribution to this company via a reduced option price, that doesnt mean that the result of what's happening won't result in a financial gain for everyone who has invested to date. They just want to maximize thier value while they can. I'd do the same if I knew things were about to happen.

Something's happening. It may not be your 3000% dream, but it's going to be profitable. IMHO
