To clarify, I'm not saying I'd vote in favor, I'm just saying I don't blame them for trying.

i just think that these announcements in a short time period indicate that there's activity. Something's happening.

And, I believe it's positive activity.  The volume, the significant institutional investments, the commitment from Foxconn..  

the fact that mgmt wants to maximize thier gains as much as possible doesn't matter to me (not that I'd vote for it), I only care about the current sp value increasing. And I believe it will.
