I wonder what their agenda is. Why shouldn't management and employees receive a big piece of the cake ? They have been working and inventing for years now. Part of their salaries are warrants/options. They were and are committed . There will be no further dilution . no disadvantages for retail shareholders. Where is the problem ? Greed ? envy?
