You need to review my posts and the letter I wrote to POET management and shared with this forum after the November offering was made public with no price attached. That sent the share price from $3.74 the day before it was announced to $1.20 when the pricing was set. Was that necessary? Do you not recall my postings at that time? I was very critical of that mess. I called for management changes at that time!

That is behind us now and the company has enough funds to move forward with ambitious plans.

Shareholders had plans to but they got smoked in the process. But we have had a second chance here to still come out on top. Let's not screw up those plans by thinking we know what's best.
