Fj, how can you extol the virtues, indeed, the brilliance of this technology and its potential, while fearing that people inside, who it seems would know this to be true, are ready to run off because their 10 year options might not have sufficient value to remain with the company?

This can easily be resolved, carve out the exec team (CEO, CFO) and the board from the repricing. Reprice the options of the rest of those folks, whose responsibilities have not had anything to do with the financial debacle of the past year. Status quo is not punishment. If they truly believe in what they are doing, they know their options at current levels will allow them to reap the rewards of their efforts. Why is this viewed as a sacrifice? 

Question:

Is the options pool tied to the number of outstanding shares, and if so, will that not increase substantially as a result of the increase in those shares due to the ATM and these offerings?
