Repricing options down to $1.75 which will be approved, lotsa free trading shares from the last private placement in the money at $1.22 and warrants at $1.55 all are having a negative effect on the share price in my opinion.  Good news only seems to be a distant memory for some looking for immediate profit.  This will all pass but the journey is painful all the same.
