So POET gets the cash for these now "in the money warrants," the market is dampened a bit by the warrant holders dumping stock to fund their warrant purchases. 

If it were me, I would buy more by exercising the warrants and holding my other shares to load up on POET. Given the latest news, this is a stock to hold onto. I'd further assume that most who bought the warrants or acquired them another way (is there another way?) would know a lot about POET.
