POET is working with customers and validation, testing, etc.

So they could engineer contracts that bring money by reaching milestones - which pay milestone bonusses for their employees.

All this is not rocket-science if they would just think about different ways than just saying: "Oh hey...lets make the shareholders pay again!"

To be hones, I expect that.
