Aren't Boards of Directors supposed to help a listed company solve problems and overcome hurdles?  With TM and Shuresh it seems that the tail is wagging the dog. We have all been looking at POET for years, and there is no $light$ at the end of the tunnel as yet. But we occasionally (infrequently) hear about the light being right around the next corner.  I would not vote for any of the BOD, nor for an increase in the board.
