I like to compare our situation to the LIV vs PGA issue. The key players took the money and left , Dustin Johnson,  Phil Mickelson, Bryson Deschambeau, Brook koepka, Cameron Smith , et al. Tiger was offfered reportedly 6 to 8 hundred million to bolt but decided to stay put. The better players took the money and ran. if we vote no and the motion is defeated the better engineers wiil take the money and run. The PGA has not been the same since the best players have left and Poet will not be the same if Poet's best leave. Ultimately, if the motion passes, the best will stay and we will be a better company for it. If our best leave because of this vote they will take info with them which other companies will use against us and we wil no longer be the leaders in the pack but just another company that does what everyone else is doing. My vote is YES.
