Another thought.  Recall the January Private Placement the company brass so graciously participated in the 437000 "skin in the game" is now 900000 grand! Cash out, not a bad double return on a five month investment, help keep the lights on.  They still sit with a warrant that has appreciated 62 percent, fortunately.  Nobody would argue with them cashing out, in light of the option situation.
