"all those that want to punish the management" (ahasja) - voting no isn't to "punish" the management. It is to hold them accountable for their own words and actions, and to show that we, as shareholders, don't like the way they are rewarding themselves with cheaper options.

"we need to trust the management" (ahasja) - "position of strength", "open the floodgates", "up and to the right", "revenue in 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023/2024...." - their words have been pretty hollow to-date.
