If "reality" is Suresh's own words, the last thing anyone need worry about is anyone leaving.  It's just absurd if you actually take the man at his word.  Unless?  You can't have it both ways, no matter how many times people argue this, either we have the goods or we don't, only a fool leaves now at his age when his baby is about to be born.  We have the cash now, the connections, the agreements, who the hell jumps here?  Im not interested in giving Tom Mika anymore payoffs, he flipped off the retail investors, so be it.

How about a compromise, Mika steps down and reflects investor sentiment and investors vote YES to all the talent, because the last thing in the world anyone should concern themselves with is Mika walking, be the best thing to happen for this "growth phase" entity.
