Julien Ryckaert is a CMOS Scaling visionary. We had lots of fun working on far-out ideas at imec. Now he and
Sri Samavedam have proposed CMOS 2.0. Very exciting! I would not have thought that logic would be scaling this far forward. I encourage all to come listen to what’s coming in terms of logic+X scaling!
