Why should retail shareholders get a hefty hit (2016 and then last October!) while insider options just get repriced? Where is the incentive here? I stood and keep standing next to our POET. Kept us afloat! I executed my options, now in deep red.

So instead of repricing it would be a smart move and strong signal of confidence of our management to extend these options.
A one-year extension e.g. would be an aggressive signal. You can do this!
