From my own background I can tell you that there are currently so many data centers being planned and build, that is crazy. And the clients need them faster and bigger. Big challenge for the construction industry.

They can't build them fast enough currently. And that's just Europe. They build them in many countries at the same time. 
It's a sky rocketing market at the moment. Demand is too high. And so many racks inside with so many cabled connections. Time for POET to sell to those now, while they are build at speed.
