Not quite! It’s rather:

“Mitsubishi Electric and Huanye in addition to Lumentum”
“Foxconn, Luxshare, and a third to be named supplier”

While Mitsubishi Electric, Huanye, and Lumentum are suppliers to POET, supplying active components for optical engines, Foxconn, Luxshare, and that third to be named supplier are suppliers to hyperscalers, supplying optical modules with POET’s optical engines.
