Much like us now grey haired investors.  POET will continue to dilute and reverse split for the foreseeable future. Management will continue to reprice options, at their discretion, and have their hand out at the trough again for the small investor, that is already under water to help bail the company out.  ........I really hope they don't push someone to their limits with their tactics......  Keep in mind many investors have been here for 10 plus years, with an investment of .50 cents to 1.50 pre split.  That's todays price of $5.00 to $15.00.  
......I won't get excited until I at least see a price above $15.00, the same price as the management sell off price.
