I am still going to stick to my "Pay for Perfomance" model.....
No more cash......pay with stock only.....and based on the projected value of what we are being led to beleive this stock should be by various professionals.
Then there is a true incentive and motivation to grow the stock.....
And when it does, these indivudals paid with stock will do very well....and this board will be able to celebrate once and for all.....
