Yes, it's most likely something we'll here confirmation on in the future. The good news for those on this board is that we can take the appropriate action now, if we do see this happening. Those not on this forum may not have come to this conclusion as of yet and will get in much later. 

Our time is coming folks. I continue to wait and accumulate more when I have the funds.
