I hope not two separate filings, but possibly just a way to open the opportunity to the Canadian investors. 

Further, I hope this is held until the stock price runs up a bit so that it is less dilutive. They have a good bank account at the moment, plenty for current operations, but semiconductors can get expensive if one is making acquisitions or establishing physical plants.
