There is an old but wise, and albeit deadly accurate and somewhat simple philosophy that states:
"The process that requires the least amount of energy to successfully complete a task always wins".
When you look at both physics and logic of this philosophy, nobody can ever argue with this....unless of course they wish to lose the argument.
When you look at Energy....that encompasses many elements such as....power consumption, speed, heat, foot-print, cost, etc....etc......
Now, when you look at what POET has and you apply it to the Energy philosophy.....then it is plain obvious that POET Wins....!
The challenge to date....which has also caused some of the anxiety and frustration imo...is that POET has been so far ahead of the curve that it has taken time for the "users" to catch up.
This board has seen and recognized that incredible potential and the anticipation has been so great and the roller coaster ride has been long painful at times
It is now looking like we are at that 'curve catching up point'...and if we are then there is no stopping this "nuclear fission".
Bottom line: It's all about Energy.....and the philosophy stated at the top of this message speaks clearly of what POET has to offer and the tech industry giants are coming to feed on.
I echo the sentiments shared earlier and am looking forward to this week.
